I have fulfilled the 12-month commitment of my Merlin Annual Pass (or Membership PLUS) , how do I cancel my membership?

I have had a monthly Merlin Annual Pass (or Membership PLUS) pass for 12 months, but I am still being billed. Why?
Monthly Merlin Annual Passes (and Membership PLUS) do not expire. Your monthly membership fee will continue until you cancel your Membership. To cancel, please contact us by email, or by phone (760) 918-5300 x234.


I have a Merlin Annual Pass (or Membership PLUS) pass that is billed monthly. Do I have to renew at the end of the 12-month period?
