The Beginning

• ATM Locations

  Our ATM's are located just inside the Park entrance, next to the Model Mom Baby Care Center in Fun Town, next to the gaming area in Pirate Shores and next to Knights' Table in Knights' Kingdom.

• First Aid

  Our First Aid Facility is located just between the main entrance and the Imagination Zone. Qualified first aid personnel are located in the First Aid building on the pathway between The Beginning and the Imagination Zone. Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is available here. Medications that require refrigeration can also be stored at this location.

• Guest Services

  In The Beginning, you will find Guest Services, where our friendly Model Citizens, the people who work at LEGOLAND, are standing by to answer questions and offer assistance.

• LEGOLAND Hotel

  You’ve always wanted to spend the night at LEGOLAND. Now you can.

• Locker Rentals

  All-day lockers are available for rent at Minifgure Marketplace, located just inside the Park entrance to the left.

   

  One-time use lockers are availabel for rent at Pirate Shores.

• Lost and Found

  Please report any lost articles or return any found items to Guest Services or any Park Ranger.

• Lost Parents

  Children can wait for lost parents at Guest Services in The Beginning or at the Model Mom Baby Care Center in Fun Town. If you become separated from your child, please contact a Park Ranger or other LEGOLAND Model Citizen.

• Membership Processing

  Stop by our Membership Processing area to upgrade your admission to the Membership of your choice before leaving the Park!

• Minifigure Market

  First stop of the day for our Guests is Minifigure Market.  Guests can find everything from Build-A-Mini to sunglasses to hats to sun block to everything forgotten at home.  Minifigure Market is home to all things Minifigure.

   

  Minifigure Market also offers stroller and wheelchair rentals for the day.  If guests decide to use the free package pick-up this is the place to go at the end of the day.  Don’t forget to pick up a sweet treat for your trip home and come back soon.

• Package Pickup

  As an added convenience, make sure to take advantage of our Package Pick-up service. All retail purchases made throughout the park can be transfered to the park exit for you to pick up on your way home!

• Stroller Rentals

  Strollers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis at Minifigure Marketplace, just inside the Park entrance to the left.

• The Big Shop

  The ultimate LEGO shopping experience!  Located just beyond the Park’s main entrance, this retail extravaganza is the largest shop at LEGOLAND.  Not only does it offer the largest selection of LEGO toy sets under one roof, including exclusives and hard to find items.   Guests can also find a variety of LEGOLAND souvenirs including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and much more!

• The Market

  Enjoy our selection of gourmet coffee, cappuccino, caffe latte, and espresso. Cold beverages including a selection of Coca-Cola products and Sparkletts water are also available along with salads and sandwiches to go. Cool down with a refreshing fruit flavor or chocolate swirl soft-serve ice cream.

• Wheelchair Rental

  Wheelchairs* and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV)* are available on a first-come, first served basis at Minifigure Marketplace just inside the Park entrance to the left. In fairness to all parties, reservations are not accepted.
