NEW MEMBERSHIPS
Can I apply the cost of my 1-day ticket towards the price of a NEW Membership?
Yes. You may apply the cost of your 1-day ticket towards the Membership of your choice. Please note that you must upgrade to a Membership within 30 days of your original visit and you must present your ticket at time of upgrade. NOTE: Complimentary tickets are eligible for a $10 credit towards a Membership while Corporate/Third party seller tickets are eligible for a $50 credit.
If I order a NEW Membership online, how long should I allow to receive it?
We are now able to offer Print at Home Memberships, so you will be able to print it out immediately after purchase. Bring this temporary Membership with you to the Park to activate your new Membership. Your Membership will be valid one year from date of activation, not from date of purchase.
If I order a NEW Membership online, when is the Membership activated?
You have 3 months from the date of purchase to activate your NEW Membership at the Park. Your Membership will be valid for 1 year from the date of activation at the Park, not date of purchase.
Do I receive the 1-day complimentary ticket at the same time that I sign up for a Merlin Annual Pass? Can I use the 1-day complimentary ticket on my first visit?
All Merlin Annual Pass Members receive their 1-day complimentary ticket along with their Membership card inside of Membership Processing at LEGOLAND and the 1-day complimentary ticket can be used during the first visit to the Park by any guest in your party (adult or child).
If I purchase a NEW Merlin Annual Pass, is my parking fee reimbursed on my first visit?
Yes. If you purchase a Resort Merlin Annual Pass, simply bring your standard parking stub with you and your parking fee will be applied towards your Resort Merlin Annual Pass or reimbursed if you have already paid for your Membership.
Does a child's Merlin Annual Pass still include free parking, even though they are not driving the vehicle?
Yes. As long as your child is in the vehicle, the free parking benefit of the Merlin Annual Pass would apply.
Does everyone in the family have to have the same pass type, i.e. Merlin Annual Pass, Basic or Ambassador?
No. You may mix and match your pass types any way you like.
Do you have a family Membership?
No. At this time we do not offer a family pass.
Can two people share a Membership?
No. LEGOLAND Memberships passes are non-transferable and are issued in each members name with their photo. Attempts to use another guest's membership card will result in the permanent confiscation of the Membership pass.

I have had a monthly Membership PLUS pass or Merlin Annual Pass for 12 months, but I am still being billed. Why?
Monthly Membership PLUS memberships and Merlin Annual Passes do not expire. Your monthly membership fee will continue until you cancel your Membership. To cancel, please contact us by email, or by phone (760) 918-5300 x234.
How do I change my monthly billing payment information?

I have not received my LEGOLAND newsletter and/or LEGO club magazine. What do I do?
If you are not receiving your LEGOLAND newsletter, please email us with your complete address so that we may verify our records.

All LEGOLAND California Resort members will receive direct mail and emails from time to time. These are limited to one per household, no exceptions. Please email: experience@legoland.com to update your address or to sign-up to receive our mailings.
Does my Membership include admission to SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Water Park?
At this time, only our Merlin Annual Pass and Ambassador Resort Membership include admission to SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Water Park.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
I have a Merlin Annual Pass (or Membership PLUS) that is billed monthly. Do I have to renew at the end of the 12-month period?
Membership PLUS Members and Merlin Annual Pass Members that pay monthly do not have to renew. Your monthly membership fee will continue until you cancel your Membership. However, if you wish to recommit for an additional 12-months, you will be eligible for a 1-day complimentary ticket. Please contact us at the Park, by email, or by phone (760) 918-5300 x234.
How do I renew my Membership Pass?
To receive the best renewal value, complete your Membership renewal online at MyLEGOLAND.com. Not only will each renewing Pass Member receive the $10 off renewal discount rate, but will also receive a special Buy-One-Get-One FREE coupon to bring friends to the Park. Please allow up to 48 hours for online renewal processing.
You can also renew by mail, at Guest Services on the day of your visit or by phone, however the Buy-One-Get-One FREE offer is valid when you renew online only. To renew by phone, please call ((760) 918-5300 x234.
I renewed my Membership online/by mail and haven't yet received my new Membership cards. What should I do?
Please note that you will need to replace your current Membership cards. Your account status will be updated in our database, but you must stop by Guest Services to replace your current cards on your next visit. (If you have already completed the Membership card replacement process and have obtained the new yellow Membership card, your cards will continue to scan at the turnstiles.)
If my family's passes expire at different times, can I still use just one pass renewal form?
Yes! We encourage you to use one form. Each membership will be extended one year from their current expiration date.
Why did we only receive one pass renewal reminder when there is more than one pass member in our household?
We only send one pass renewal reminder per household. Please list as many new or existing memberships on the back of the form as you like. Please note that even new memberships listed on the renewal form will receive the renewal rate!

As of November 15, 2012 we will no longer be selling the Merlin Annual Pass excluding the LEGOLAND Water Park option. We will honor the pass for all who purchased or renewed before this date. How do I replace a lost/stolen Membership Pass?
We can provide you with a temporary day pass twice at no cost. However, if you need to replace your pass, there is a $12 replacement fee. If your pass has been stolen, we will replace your pass at
no cost with a valid police report.
What is the date listed to the right of the barcode on the back of the old Membership cards?
This is the date your pass was originally issued.
